We have flexible working hours, when the fixed part is from 10.00 to 15.00 (we should all be at work) and the rest is scheduled by each of them.
Yes, about 1 day a week you can work from the home. If you want more, it depends on the nature of the work and the agreement with your superior.
By default, we have a selection procedure for 2 rounds, first you talk to our recruiter (usually by phone or online), then you meet in person with your immediate superior, and finally you meet a board member. If you succeed, then the offer will come to you.
